Appeal Your Parking Charge Online Now
Remember: Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) are to be paid within 28 days of the date on the Notice to Keeper/Hirer form. This sum will be discounted to £60.00 if payment is received within 14 days of the notice issue date. Non payment will result in additional charges which will be added to the value of the charge and for which the driver will be liable on an indemnity basis. If you wish to pay your charge, please go to the homepage to start the payment process.
What happens once your appeal has been lodged?
Once your appeal is lodged, you will receive an email confirmation (please check your spam if this is not received within 24 hours). Your appeal will be processed and a decision notice will be sent to the postal address provided within 28 days from email confirmation. Please email appeals@responsibleparkingmanagement.co.uk if you do not hear from us regarding our decision within 28 days. Do not assume that your appeal has been successful because you have not received a Decision Notice.
Please ensure that you provide your Parking Charge Notice (PCN) reference and vehicle registration number on all correspondence.
In the event that your appeal is rejected you have 28 days from the date of rejection to lodge an appeal with the Independent Appeals Service (IAS). Details of the appeal procedure can be found at www.theias.org.
